Back to the races.....
So the new year is here and well I have been rebelling against new years resolutions....but yes the time has come. We have started the contest of the new year and it is time to get off the sugar high and win the weight loss competition. So here they are in no particular order...
~Get under 200lbs finally. (I know pathetic to admit but I am 4lbs away and when it happens I want to celibate..so hopefully I will finally get this on this year. ;) )
~Exercise 4 days a week....even if it is only for 10 min
~read and study the new testament
~do one new project with my kids each week.
~build back up food storage and savings (it Is amazing how moving can wipe that out fast. ;)
