Quick Photo time!!!

It was fun to go and take photos of this cute family.  They needed a new photo for their mom's walls and well we did it just in time for christmas.

Snow and Christmas fun!!

We did get snow...I know mirical in price utah.  The kids were so excited.  Seth went out to do the walks in the moring and skyler wanted to go help his daddy.  So I bundled him up and out he went. 

 

They shoveled the snow all the way as we walked risa to the bus stop.  Sky buddy thought that was so much fun.

Skyler had to put a stocking on his head and he took on of my bells and at the top of his voice skipped around the room singing "Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way"

When risa got home from school they had to go and build a snowman.  Although as I said skyler uses snowman to describe snow.  "This snowman needs more sugar", "I got snowman in my boot", or in this case "I will throw snowman at you"  "I get you with smowman"

He might have had a little fun throwning snowman at his sister and his mom!!

Branch Christmas Party

We had so much fun at the branch christmas party.  I only felt bad because our little man was super sick.  He had one really good feaver but thank heavens we had a few priesthood holders around and they were able to give him a blessing and he started doing tons better.  It was a fun party even with that.  Marisa was the little waitress she was over the cups so any time that anyone sat down she went and gave them a cup.  She is so go at helping and wanting to help.  Seth was the DJ for the night.  I am still trying to get use to the idea the he is the the branch presidency not sure that I am completly use to that.  But it is fun to watch him grow in this calling and how well the lord knows exactly what we need.

I have never seen skyler so calm sitting on santa's lap he was soooo sick.  If it weren't for the fact that we had to be there were would not.  I will say that when you are on the Lords Arrend how he blesses you...we were at the activity and as soon as the blessing was giving I could feel that his feaver was going down and he got better so fast.  Thank heavens for the priesthood.  It was really fun too because one of the members that had never given a blessing was able to do it with seth for his first time.  I was a super tender moment!!

We did get one smile even though he was not feeling well.

All I want for christmas is my two front Teeth!!

Well it is official after months of marisa saying she had a loose tooth it finally happened....she lost her first tooth.  The following day she lost her second.  After that marisa said "Mommy I now know what I am going to ask santa for christmas"  Me "Whats that?"  Risa " I am going to ask him to help me loose more teeth"  Me "Why?" Risa "So I can buy more presents for christmas.  She was so happy to have lost her teeth.

Santa Time!!!

We actually got to see Santa a few times this year.  We went over to the college where they had santa and each of the kids got presents. 

They were pretty happy to see santa.  This time santa asked skyler what he wanted for christmas and he said...."a lion rarrrrr"  I really think he ment the real thing!!  :D

Ok i had to add this one in becuase it made me laugh so hard.  Little Buddy was not happy to see santa!!

ok after a little bit jacen got a little happier.  It was tons of fun!!

Lets go to Vegas Baby!!!

Ok so I was really sad but this last trip to Vegas I did not get any photos but we had a great time!!  This time was a little slower pace because well lets just say that I was rather sick so we did not go out much.  But we went to the movies, played in the arcade, ate some good food (we went to a Honduran restaurant that was amazing!!!  Seth was so happy he got to have the real deal banana soda.  All of you who have not had banana soda are missing out.  Let me tell you I don't like the flavor of banana candies but I do like banana soda...yum!!!), and red boxed a few movies.  I know really lame this time but I was feeling pretty crappy but lets just say that we are excited that I was feeling gross...hint hint!!  :D  Oh and Seth scored a 171 ore 191 in bowling...let just say that it is the best score that I have ever seen him score ever and I was on his team.  Lets just say we won the company bowling party.  This was for sure the month of miracles...lol

Thanksgiving fun at grandma's!!!

It was so much fun to go to grandma and papa cox's house for Thanksgiving!!!  The food was amazing....company was super fun...and the activities were so much fun for the kiddos.  

This is me with such a fake smile.  This was right as my sewing machine was hating me or I was hating it or well I am not sure which but it was one of those moments that I wished I was in the cartoons and it was totally appropriate to throw it out the window and think nothing of it...lol.  Thank heavens that it decided soon thereafter to like me again.  We split up into groups and the boys went with the little men and made something out of wood and the girls made a wide assortment of crafts ranging from doll clothes to magnetic pencil holders to hair things.  The little girls loved it!!!

Grandma and papa pulled out the train and lets just say that the kiddos love, love, loved that!!!

A little catching up!!!

Lets just say we have had so much fun that we have not even had time to update the blog!!!  But here goes nothing....before christmas we got to go to the mall and I told the kids if they could be really good the day before when we had the branch party that we would take them to go and do something fun.  Well we were at the church from 10:30 am until 9:30 pm and they were amazing they helped set up and helped with the food and ofcourse played.  But this was one of those days that the kiddos were amazing and so super good.  So lets just say they completly earned this fun day!!!

They got to ride on the merry go round at the mall and they loved it!!

They also got to go and see santa at the mall and well mom and dad were not going to buy a photo but they were so super cute together so we gave in.  Mabie I will post that one a little later.  We had a really fun day though!!
