Fun with family.....

I am super slow getting these things posted but a little while back we got to go to Cedar and have fun with family.  The kiddos got to go to uncle heath's house and have their first experience milking a cow.  Skyler thought that was so cool.  He keeps on saying that we should get a cow and that they are so cute!!  Marisa really had fun too!

Daddy got to help uncle heath a few times milk the cow too and I think it brought back a few memories of him milking a cow as a kid.  He did say that he got a good forarm workout

Another fun thing that happed while we were at grandma's is marisa learned how to ride a bike....she was so excited and proud.  I really think that this is the first time that she has had a really hard time doing what she wanted.  She has been working on it for a while but she really had to work hard and struggle....but then she finally did it and she was so proud of herself.  It was a really good lesson of working hard and continuing to work hard even though it does not seem like it is going to happen but then having it happen just because you worked hard.



We also got to go swimming!!!  They have an amazing swimming pool in cedar and the kiddos had a fun time playing with cousins in the pool.



We had tons of fun but the big reason why were were in cedar was for these two cute families....Kodi was baptized on saturday!!!  It was such a special day and she, as always looked beautiful but especially this day she was beaming!!  We are so proud of you Kodi!!!



Also on Sunday (which was super nice and convienient for this prego mama) we got to go to a baby blessing of a beautiful baby girl.  Leisl was blessed and it was so fun to be a part of this special day.  There is nothing better then seeing a beautiful baby in a beautiful dress....and being so loved!!! 

It was such a great weekend!!!!
